installation and testing of Stage I and Stage II
equipment. The document focuses only on
vapor-recovery systems located at vehicle fueling
facilities. It has been completely revised,
reorganized and expanded to include the most recent
revisions by the California Air Resources Board (CARB)
to the vapor-recovery testing procedures.
