Thousands of builders use Production Checklist for Builders once Superintendents as a construction management tool. This collection of checklists incorporates up-to-date building technology with the age-old basics of plumb, level, and square.

Production Checklist, 2nd edition, covers safety, concrete production, rough trades production, waterproofing, exterior stucco, finish trades production, and final production, and includes a typical construction schedule, sample pay schedules for subtrades, and a glossary of terms. All of these checklists are included on a diskette that works with your word processing software so that you can customize the checklists to suit your company's needs.

The step-by-step processes in Production Checklist, 2nd edition can be applied, through superintendent involvement, to nearly any residential project in any part of the country.

About the Authors

John J. Haasl and Peter Kuchinsky lI, authors of Production Checklist for Builders and Superintendents, have over 40 years combined experience in the homebuilding and construction industry. Their diversified backgrounds and experiences include numerous field, project management, and executive positions, from superintendents to vice presidents of construction, with major developers and home builders.

Through this experience, they have been responsible for completing millions of dollars of improvements and delivering thousands of housing units. Mr. Haasl is a licensed general contractor in Arizona and Nevada. Both authors are licensed contractors in California, teach construction and safety related courses, and serve as consultants and expert witnesses in construction defect litigation. Their Production Checklist was developed not only as a working toot for the authors, but as a teaching aid for superintendents who have come under their direction and show desire to build quality housing, first, last, and always.
