About the Author
Adam Ding is a professional estimator
with extensive experience in a variety of commercial, residential,
institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects. He holds a
Master’s degree in Building Construction from Auburn University.
Adam has had a successful career in estimating
projects of different sizes, ranging from large-scale cost planning to
detailed trade take-off. Having bid countless construction jobs, he
developed a unique and easy-to-understand estimating approach.
Adam taught computer classes in Auburn
University, and also owns the copyrights for a number of computer
estimating programs. Currently a registered member in the Canadian
Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), he continues to provide cost
estimating services to building professionals in North America, Canada
and Asia Pacific regions.
