About the Author:
Robert G. Konyndyk is Chief of the
Plumbing Division within the Bureau of Construction Codes and Fire
Safety, Department of Labor and Economic Growth, State of Michigan.
He is a licensed Master Plumber, a former plumbing contractor, and a
member of numerous plumbing code committees and associations dealing
with plumbing.
Scott Stookey is on the Senior
Technical Staff for the International Code Council in Washington,
D.C..
