"Cost Estimating for Remediation," is the main section of the book.
It takes the reader through all the different types of remediation,
from air sparging to UST closure, and explains how to estimate for
each one.
Part III:
"Contractor Costs," addresses how contractors calculate their
general conditions and assign overhead and profit for this kind of
work.
